The works on exhibit are made using a variety of materials such as iron, aluminium, polymer tiles, clay and paint. A sense of playfulness prevail in the works, each artist making highly individual pieces and letting creativity flow. Viewers will enjoy works made a garage by Filipino artist Pete Jimenez, who will introduce his playful and quirky sculptures alongside compatriot Filipino artist Buensuceso (also a jewelry and furniture designer) who create his sculptures in an industrial workshop. Scottish artist Deryk Stronach who teaches ceramics will show heads heavily patterned with butterflies and hearts with a strong tactile quality, and fired from his kitchen over. Singapore Eddie Goh who's sculpture ceramics often combines different materials that play off each other, unveil new works of organic forms laced with interesting textures.
