A new exhibition 'White Void' expresses an exhibition space in the artist's diversified perspectives. Painting series entitled 'Blind Site' approaches to an inner space through exploring concept and aspect of a special space. A landscape started from a view for inner space surrounded by cityscape is visualized as the concise world of categorized exhibition spaces, and drawn as medium recording contrary traces, such as past and present, real and unreal, and continuity and severance of time, under diversified views.
Painting by editing as polysemous frame of spaces' images, the publish map work of space in the external view, and abstract exploring identity tied by space as color, these three methods are results from free association. Like 'White Void,' the artist's work is deeply connected to space and concerns about it. Works embodies appearances of localized spaces in each way, and depict them like far blind spot.
