Gallery LVS will be presenting a group exhibition 'A Glimpse' by three artists.
'A Glimpse' means reviving a small part of them memories of the past as well as a small fragment of an object. Traces of memory can decline or lose clarity, and sometimes the vestiges of the past can be revived by current experience. Artworks in the exhibition consist of images of a glimpse created by such process.
Hai Yun Jung uses a drawer to express glimpsed memories becoming a group. Gathered abstract factors, such as memory and longing, and spatial matters are expressed as a 'drawer.'
Sang-Ik Seo expresses a moment of change, which is immeasurable instant. He shows fragments of various memories in a space.
Hyun Kyung Lim's work is inner landscape seen through nature. The artist expresses his existence and finding something inevitable through glimpse of memory.
