Well-known artist using a nail, Bong Sang Yoo has held many solo and group exhibitions and currently works and lives in France for 20 years. Driving nails on a surface densely, he expresses natural scenery through shadows created by a background and nails. Landscape in his work is a tool to deliver meditation. 

In the mid of 1990s, the artist was fascinated by beautiful landscape of Beauce, France, and started expressing caught images of nature. He drives pin nails regularly. Landscape with such intense work gives wonderness of time and labor to the audience. Also silver color of nails in a harmony of nails and background is changed in terms of angle so that it creates a flow of liquid light. 

In the exhibition, he will show urethane works as well as nail series. New works are developed from works in 2004, pouring silicon on photograph. Non-foaming colored or transparent urethane on photograph or a small objet generate perspective as much as urethane's thickness.
