Gallery Dam will present the solo exhibition of Jung Hee Lee. Jung Hee Lee has expressed a question for pursuing truth as circle, concentric one or round stone. A person showing on his work is the artist herself.
A trace of circles express time and the person seeing somewhere embodies an infinitely changing existence.
After graduation at Hong Ik University in Seoul and New York University, she has studied Eastern philosophy in India.
This is her fifth exhibition and 15 art works will be on display.

Artist Statement
Suddenly, many empty chairs out of the window met my eyes.
Sense of existence derived from the chairs, and countless messages.
It leaves long impressions and leads me to a canvas.
A concentric circle, divided poem, place and appearance of seeker of truth are words of my works to express a wish to unite with the magnificent universe and finite endeavorers for it.
'Circle' in various size and color is an layered image of infinite time and space where I was included, am included and will be included.
Also, a person seeing far away is an objet to reveal prayerful aspiration.
