"The White Elephant" exhibits temporal and spatial expansion of capitalism in Korea in the mid 1990s. Large-scale plant business firms and foreign direct investment (FDI) were dealing with the precedent. The author traces the historical field trips through direct acquisition, as presented by recording the flow of capital, equivalent to talyoungtojeok's paradoxical reality of sensory experience.
