Hyun-Mi Yoo reasons the cosmos through ordinary objects. She composes the new universe and invites us to there. This is her own 'cosmos in cosmos' and the image world she desires. It consists of all objects, table, ball, jelly beans, canvas or stone. They transform into a star, the sun or other planets.
Recreation of the unknown world started from limitation of mediums she has used. A process of installing, coloring, and photographing is her new pursuit of formative arts. To overcome a limitation to use one medium only, she creates the art work as acrossing other mediums. This choice requires us to 'reason freely.'
