The first Art Carnival with Cafes exhibition which will be held in the period of Gangnam Fashion Festival in 2010 is organized by us, UrbanArt and is sponsored by Gangnam cultural foundation; it is a non-commercial exhibition and also cultural festival for discovering young artists and for their PR.

This exhibition is formatted to art-map exhibition that is for making relationship both creative young artists and cafes & restaurants in Garosu road; especially for the special cafes & restaurants where had leaded characteristic culture of this area and had artistic mood. Also the exhibition will be held for purpose of the 31 artists’ promotion genuinely; and the exhibition would give an opportunity to people including art collectors that they could get more comfortable and interactive meeting in popular places, not in galleries. Especially, it will purpose to make new formative community that is ‘art + regional business area; and in advance create brand-new culture. We hope that this exhibition could be held every year, not just once event and hope to be new art festival that could make art market for young artists and real artistic, regional carnival.
