With the theme 'dream', Jeong Eun Shim carved familiar forms on various kinds of wood sculptures. Half-solid works remind of different meanings beyond a boundary between mediums. Most of sculptures are house-shaped and there are zippers and nature landscapes layered on them, which aim to show a space is connected with another one. Also, house-shaped sculptures describe a birth and circulation of the nature to comfort dreaming people.
When looking at works closely, each shape has a different value but all of them are based on inner ego. Art works with various but universe stories refuse to be defined as a same topic and don't show referential or explanatory interpretation.
