“VIN” comes from the pronunciation of a chinese character, which was used in Joseon dynasty to refer to a crown princess. Vin Collection portrays to the modern society the elegant life style embodied in traditional Korean quilting crafts.

The VIN Collection is a brand created by designer Gang Geumseong who produces handicrafts. She was raised in a family in which four generations lived together and learned from her three grandmothers all about the wisdom of life and skills in the domestic arts passed from generation to generation.

The VIN Collection aims to re-introduce goods made only with naturally produced materials and human skill as was done in the past when there were no synthetic materials. This unique feature of the VIN Collection has already earned them an international reputation.
