This is the series to express the contemporary society threatening survival and disappearing many things by highly developed material civilization. As a phenomenon of coexisting objects, a life and a thing, in advertising photograph or dramatical mood, he shows desolation of the society and futility of modern people. Animals, which have to live in the nature, are placed on silk or spoon, or in a glass jar, so that it makes a condition of disparate and enforced living. Also, metaphor of 'thing', cotton, glass and metal on canvas reveal property through sparkle, reflection, projection and curve. An insect on silk like a product, a fish in a covered glass jar, a frog on spoon. Appearance while time stood still looks stable and beautiful and animals as a model may feel extremely anxious and stuffy. People also look happy but actually struggle with survival, which is same as these animals.
To tell this meaning, the artist explores hard-edged and pictorial art works.
