A Sense of Locality: Indonesian Contemporary Art
As growing the Asian art market, East Asian Countries has been focused. Especially, Indonesian art is growing gradually since it has abundant culture from a mix of different languages and ethnics for a long time. During the colonial era in early 20th century, they formed unique culture mingling own identity and western culture. And recently, the artists reveal their political and social messages and use various expressions and themes for mass culture. In this exhibition, bold and creative expression and multiculture in Indonesian art can be found.

A Sense of Locality : Japanese Contemporary Art
With J-pop art, such as Takashi Murakami and Yoshimoto Nara, Japanese contemporary art has been evolved through various genre and mediums and received good attention from the world. The one thing we should focus on is that all art expressions in contemporary art have the equivalent value. Again, Ukiyoue's simplicity, the planar characteristics, and fanciness, which are the characteristics of Japanese traditional art, and Japanese pop art coexist in various art genre. In this exhibition, Japanese art will show more friendly and accessible contemporary culture effectively.

A Sense of Locality : Chinese Contemporary Art
Photograph in Chinese contemporary art shows each person's situation today more symbolically, as well as painting. Based on Chinese unique perspective formed by the long history, the vast land, and culture, the artists express rapidly changing China of the day. Especially, with adding effect of photo, and artists' imagination, their works stimulate visual curiosity about the present China', where dynamics and silence coexist.
