Thread is used simply as a line to define the space for the installation, with meaning of size, form, distance and weight. Recently I have started to color the thread with my own mixed pigments, signifying personal symbolic elements. In the production of the blue color from my palate in landscape oil painting, which I left many years ago, has returned on the thread and with it meanings of freedom. Simple stitches that we use for sewing object as a drawing marks are applied for the . Embroidery technic is used to make dots, lines and forms for the <Seedpod>. Opening the boundary of art making, adopting thread that has been used for practicality for everyday life as a drawing material, I cultivate thread to bloom as contemporary art media. Thread is thin, so production takes patience and meditation. Eventually thread, patience, and meditation become visible substance, then it is time for me to let go.
