MAAPS (The Maritimes And Atlantic Printmakers Society) has held the annual exhibition internationally for three years, and it has suggested the exchange and cultural diversity of printmaking in all over the workd. In this time, the exhibition consists of 24 printmakers from four countries, Canada, China, Korea and US and emphasizes historicity of art made of paper. The participating artists have followed printmaking constantly to express their own artistic origins.
The exhibition includes memories of living experiences and social interaction, and art works are expressed based on 'truth', or more artistic or visual description.
