Art’s bewitching power resides not only in such tangibles as colour, form, and texture but also in the underlying insights and contexts that give us pause to think, reflect, and question. This exhibition draws together the works of ten artists mostly born in the sixties and seventies, each of whom challenges us to approach our world from some slightly altered or fresh perspective. Their social observations and commentary, questioning what art is, are as much a statement about the medium as about us. From the collection of ISHIKAWA Yasuharu, enjoy these compelling contemporary works by Omer Fast, Peter Fischli David Weiss, Ryan Gander, Pierre Huyghe, KOIZUMI Meiro, Shimabuku, Danh Vo, and others.
