CoSTUME NATIONAL| LAB proudly presents solo exhibition, Hanayo “GRAUZONE”, at the flagship store in Aoyama.

The exhibition brings monochrome photos taken since the year before the last year. The works exhibit new approach of Hanayo who has been applying free expression out of the principals and the frameworks of the traditional photo expression. The works with defocused framework and monochrome expression will evoke viewers’ strong retrospective sense.

The works “GRAUZONE” which instantaneously snap cumulative time over her homeland explains Hanayo’s “Now back to Japan” after she spent 15 years in Germany.
