AOYAMA | MEGURO is pleased to announce Jyunya Sato's solo exhibition titled "Junya Sato 10" . He was born 1977 in Miyagi prefecture, Graduated 2000 Tama Art University's Oil painting of The faculty of Art and Design. He had been belonging to the partnership Art studio "BOICE PLANNING" as an administration member from 2002 . And also he had been belonging to the art group (I.N.U) that organized from artists and critics, started from 2009.

This exhibition is made up of five series of paintings. Sato's recent work, titled I'm Feeling Lucky, a group of paintings amounting to almost one hundred, is characteristically striking. Something that everyone could be thought to have experienced, the interest and indiscretion of apparently unrelated arrangements of images, not personal, collections of many opinions, subjects not important to anyone, that search engines pick up by chance, are used by Sato as “good fortune”. Verifying the wisdom of those who went before, not relying on color, nor on stroke or line, not finishing into flatness, the artist is painting with restraint.

This exhibition is composed by a hundred of his brand new paintings. It strings from the last year's group exhibition in "Tokyo Wonder Site in Hongo" and "TIME AND STYLE MIDTOWN". This time's exhibition is the third exhibition in AOYAMA | MEGURO for him, and it held after an interval of three years. Please make a visit for check it.
