G/P gallery is delighted to present the solo exhibition of Mayumi Hosokura. The exhibition features Hosokura’s new series of work photographed in Taiwan in 2012. ‘Floaters’ was produced through a complex combination of analogue and digital print techniques to approach the immateriality of an image with the materiality of medium. In the photographs each image appears ambivalently and unfixed, as if its floating on the print forever.
