Wada Garou has the great pleasure to announce you its next exhibition that will be held between the 20th of January and the 7th of February. The Japanese artist Izumi Kon will be inaugurating Wada Garou's 2015 exhibitions.
Kon Izumi was born in 1977 in Tokyo and graduated in 2002 from the department of fine art in oil painting of the Tokyo University of the Arts. She previously worked as Kon Izumi before working under the name Ine Izumi. Since 2008, she lives, works and exhibits mainly in Tokyo. She has been particularly active since 2000 when she started holding solo exhibitions and group exhibitions. But her works go beyond traditional exhibitions to explore other activities such as dance sessions, individual projects and design related work for Maison Hérmes.
