Beginning from May 31st, Gallery 156 will host the group exhibition "Monochrome." The show features drawings by four artists: Urabe Kanae, who draws high school girls and men with animal heads; Matsumoto Asami, who nonchalantly weaves together images of the everyday and of her imagination; Kawashima Rie, whose fine-tuned lines give shape to the secrets and feelings of girls, and Nakamura Ryoichi, who seeks a way to give shape to an interior world by deconstructing and reconstructing the vestiges of memory.
Participating artists:
Kanae Urabe, Rie Kawashima, Mami Matsumoto, Ryoichi Nakamura
