1963 Born in Heilongjiang Province, China
1989 Graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Design(the present-day Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University), Beijing
Awarded the Jinlong-Tengfei Prize from the Ministry of Industry and information of the Chinese Government
1990-2000 Came to Japan. He immersed himself in a ten-year period of schedule self-study, aiming to deepen his spiritual thoughts and artistic expressions. During this period, he did not produce or show his work.
