TRAUMARIS|SPACE will present the exhibition series 'On Freedom 3 - Kyoji Takahashi and Mrs. Yuki.'
Photographer, Kyoji Takahashi has worked for advertisement and magazines in 1990s and since published the photo boo 'The Mad Broom of Life' titled by Charles Bukowski, he continuously worked for photograph including his inactive period for ten years. To him, photo is an expression activity wandering a short story of associations, and he has constantly insisted 'something not relating with purpose or value', 'something not having theme or story'. He photographs an idea as it is and put the title  and meaning after.
After 2009, Takahashi felt excitement over 'exhibiting photos' so that he started announcing the photo books again. In this exhibition, he will announce the collage through textile and L-Print with a pastoral theme.

Mrs. Yuki (Tomomi Okubo, Rintaro Hiramine) is the emerging art unit asking for the essence and way of life through raising and breeding Python regius. Python regius  is a snake showing mutation in terms of shape and color by combination of genes. Mrs. Yuki experiments improvement of new kind and blood succession. So far, they announced a very elegant lab, an equipment consisting of a ordinary furniture and a space of brewing. The merits of existence value and consciousness of distinction are under the control by a person so that such phenomenon of life is protected by artificiality, furniture, but it's an extension of the nature. The audience can see the science of today liberated from the 'pale of God' where free will cannot approach.
