Nap Gallery is pleased to feature new works of the series 'Dusk / Dawn' by Motoyuki Shitamichi. The artist got the best new artist award at Gwangju Biennale 2012 and has held many exhibitions at the museums around the world. Based on keen insight, she suggests a moment she caught on trip in a new perspective.

I was looking at the sun setting over the horizon on the beach in some country. Shadow slowly surrounded me and soon I was in total darkness. I was thinking about the place where the new morning just come.
