1972 Born in Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan.
1998 MA in Painting at Tama Art University, Tokyo.
Studied etching under Yukio Fukazawa, Mayumi Morino and Tatsumasa Watanabe.
2002-2003 Taught by Mitsuo Kano on the Internship Program for Rising Artists run
by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs.
2008-2009 Won a residency in Paris under the Japanese Government’s Overseas
Study Program for Artists.
