Zen Foto Gallery will hold an exhibition of early photographs by Akira Tanno "Circus of Showa Japan, 1956-1957", to be accompanied by a new book of the same title. This exhibition and book had been planned for some time, but we are sad to report that Akira Tanno succumbed to pneumonia on 5th August. The exhibition will take place as scheduled, and we invite you to see these works by one of Japan’s post-war masters of photography and founder of the Vivo photography group.
