The second show of Hiromart Gallery Tokyo is titled "1+1=ONE" - the latest collaborative artowrks by Ki Yoon Ko and Igor Maier, who presented 5 artworks in our debut show. This project is one of collaborative artwork series by Ki Yoon Ko, started in 2009.
Concept: Take two and make into one ‐ this basically means to combine two different style of artist to create a piece of art without any boundaries. Ki Yoon Ko gives Igor Maier the freedom to do what ever Igor chooses on the painting that start and for Ki to let go of any fears of having his art becoming something totally different at the end.
The motif in this exhibition is Rabbit, mysterious man and woman wears a rabbit mask are presented in all paintings / drawings. As a concept, you can find each artist's individuality but in a different flavour. Through this exhibition you can find the latest trends in contemporary artwork from Germany. We will present artworks made for this exhibition, as well as limited version of prints for sale.
