Artist Statement on Freedom:
My mind travels, free sprits. I want to have a long journey to somewhere I have never been. Enjoy its scenery and travel around as fancy dictates, and produce paintings. Oh well, reality is not that easy, however here is the paintings I produced while my travel to fantasy world, visiting places in spirit.
- Sachie Kashima
In this world, all any kind of beings sings and dances. Streets are expanding in lengthwise and crosswise in all direction. You will amaze new findings at every corner on this street. The house wall and roof with heavenly colors, sparkling river and clouds moves very slow. Birds are flying together with wind in comfort. My mind gets excited when I receive its liveliness. I want to produce the works that brings the infinite of freedom.
