Hiromart Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition of new paintings by Yuka Goto who is known as a Tokyo-based painter and cartoonist. This is her first-solo show in two years and is composed of two shows. The exhibition part 1 is titled The Days With Flowers, feature her popular paintings of flowers. In contrast, her surreal paintings with a motif of a Fantasy World Inside You will be exhibited in Part 2.

Artist Statement:
The Days With Flowers
Just looking at flowers, my heart shines brightly. The richness of colors. Its delicate gradation, the rhythm of shapes and the fresh scent of flowers, they are combined and become a music that makes my mind happy. I want to express the lovely days with flowers.

A Fantasy World Inside you
I'm attracted to something scary. There is a strange world that I don't even know. Every life appears in rich coloring. There is a town like a maze. Intricate lights and shadows. As I am making the painting, the world expands freely.
