I produce my artwork under the theme of "crystallization", which uses asphalt, a symbol of the pavements in a city, as a motif.
Having been born and raised in a city called Tokyo, I feel that asphalt is precious to us and exists like a crystal that projects myself in my daily life.
"Crystallization" in my terms is led by finely finishing this personal substance into a substance (art work) through the use of substance (color materials).
