arthorymen was born in Kumamoto in 1973, released "Manga･Drawing" which is Manga styled drawing work and was awarded as bronze title and Yuko Hasegawa award at GEISAI #8. Afterward, he participate to exhibition features young artists to watch such as TOKYO WANDER SEED 2009(Tokyo Wander Site Shibuya), Kumamoto Art Index(Kumamoto Art Museum, 2010), and in 2014, ellected for Taro Okamoto Prize(Taro Okamoto Museum, Kawasaki) and awarded as a special prize.

The story of the HORYMAN piece which he had continued to draw since 2005 concluded in "HORYMAN and Orca" he created in 2012, and he releases "BARAMAN chill Ⅰ" as next series of it which is story of people who are living separately on above ground and underground which called " Holy City" and "Imperial capital of the ground(?)" by Original Political system. The HORYMAN in the previous series became guardian of above ground, and the story starts around idolum of android called "BARAMAN" in underground. word "Chill" in the title meants the name of 16 years old high school student who enrolls school in underground, and arthorymen evolves capter one of the new twist of the story with large and small Mnga drawing works.

Moreover, "ANIMI-ZOOM" in the title of the exhibition derives from the same title of previous exhibition which arthorymen organized at Museum in Aso, Kumamoto in 2009, and it's coined word he mede as the theme of the exhibition was "close on to animism by modern art with using massive rock "Oshitoishi" which is Object of worship in Aso as a motif". Amaterasu-Oomikami who appear in Japanese myth is consept and history of animism to express heliolithic, and arthorymen exhibits 2015 version of ANIMI-ZOOM as geometric drawings and installetion work based the consept, and he places the exhibition as investigation of Japanese consept from viewpoint of Manga, animism with taking over the previous series "HORYMAN and Olca".

It is his new work exhibition in two and half years since "HORYMAN and Olca" show in 2012 followed by "HORYMAN" in 2010 at Bambinart Gallery, so please be excited.
