EMON PHOTO GALLERY is pleased to announce an exhibition "Horse & Cactus" by Koji Onaka, which will be started from 17th August.

In this series "Horse & Cactus", Onaka has drastically changed his photographic style from his characteristic horizontal format to dynamic panoramic format, and with his bold composition of vertical panoramic view that would overturn the conception of former landscape photography, "Horse & Cactus" is now regarded as a series that has broken new ground. On view are unpublished works from this series, which were presented in 2007, and new sized prints.

"Horse & Cactus" was exhibited at Photography festival in Arles this year, and he increasingly attracts people 's attention all over the world including Europe.
