Focusing on the Taisho period, Great Kanto earthquake after a period of cultural prosperity is similar with current situation in Japan. Also, the way heading to an ideological suppression and the war has the similarity in current relationship with China. 
As painting a cultural style and woman in sorrow of the Taisho period, the artist tried to look back the modern society, and describe the current period with various motives with high honesty which give peace to viewers clearly.
