You and Me
by Tobin Ohashi Gallery
Location: Asian Collection Contemporary Art Gallery
Date: 5 Feb - 28 Mar 2010

Just in time for Valentine's Day, join us for our new show that focuses on people, connections  and relationships.

This show opens on Friday in our gallery. Map below and here.

Please join us between 3 and 9 PM for the opening reception. Meet good people, have a glass of wine and see some great art.

You can see works that express the rich variety and splendor of our relationships and emotions. The large variety of paintings, sculpture and printed works represent intimacy, attraction, and the affinity that exists between people.

The works will inspire you, attract you and move you to take a look at the connections we have with people and places. These are works ideal for the living room, the dining room, the genkan, and the bed room.

Included in this show are works from gallery artists Takanobu Kobayashi, Yoko Kawazoe, Nengah Sujena, Ryudai Takano, Gakushi Yamamoto and Joji Shimamoto.

Rare for us, we also have many works in this show from American artists.  These include David Opdyke and Chloe Piene who are among the stars of the NYC art world.

We also will exhibit this  oil painting by Boston artist Louis Risoli whose works are in the Museum of Fine Arts.

This same painting appeared in an article about the artist in Art In America.

Please mark your calendar and join us at our gallery on Friday for the opening reception between 3 and 9 PM .

The show continues Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays  1-9 PM through the end of March. Here is the map on how to reach our gallery near Roppongi.
