Hitoshi Kato(born in 1961, Yamaguchi) is a natural born artist. He lives like a cloud in the sky, never stay in the river that doesn’t flow. His sight of view and thought become an energy for contemporary art which is worn today.

Since the debut in 1989 by the Japanese punk music magazine DOLL, Hitoshi Kato has taken a lot of picture of outlaw, both young punks played in underground and legendary rock’ n roll heroes. One day in 2005, He encountered a same kind of living by chance, the insects.
