Ota Fine Arts is pleased to announce the solo exhibition "Quantize" by Tsuyoshi Hisakado. Born in Kyoto in 1981, Hisakado completed M.F.A Kyoto City University of Arts. He samples and uses sounds, lights and phenomenon to create installation works. He recently had a solo exhibition at Shiseido Gallery, Tokyo and a group show at Aomori Contemporary Art Centre. "Quantize" is a word for correcting function in composing electronic music. For this exhibition, Hisakado uses his classic style of installation and by quantizing rhythms and volumes of individual phenomena, he succeeds in creating a polyphonic space.
