To become legends in the history of art, one must found possibilities out of impossibilities, and initiate an eternal artistic charm. The inconceivable persistency held by the artists eventually will pile up and turn into pages of gorgeous classics. The artists included in this exhibition are Wang Pan-Yuan, Chen Yin-Pi, Wu Hao, Huang Ming-Chang, Tao Wen-Yueh, Hong Tong-Lu, Jang Tarng Kuh, Yayoi Kusama, Kwon Ki-soo, Eddie Kang, Shozo Araki, Zhao Guaghui.

Wang Pan-Yuan settles plots into the simple atmosphere where has wild spaces and untiring pursuance. The strokes fall with orders, the colors animate vividly with warmness, expressing the unique idiom. Wu Hao flattens the main character into the single dimension, to a multi-angle vision, at the same time maintains the freshness of time. The girls under his brush never age, and the galloping horse hoofs always fall on the most flourishing pages of life. Huang Ming-Chang quietly cultivates his broad rice field of green. The rice plants under the pleasantly sunshine flash with layers of various and delicate light shades, full of vitality. Tao Wen-Yueh’s paintings present the performance of impressions and implications. The classical orders, balances, and rhythms merge into the diverse appearance of modernism, revealing a romantic idiosyncrasy of literatures. Jang Tarng-Kuh utilizes bright and elegant colors to depict a peaceful corner of home. Under the warmness of declining sunshine, leisure air roams in the space, drawing out a poetic surrounding and atmosphere. Yayoi Kusama’s psychical craziness allows her to create unlimited colors and imaginations out of the unstable soul. The ordinary dots were transferred into infinite creations, wondering between the reality and the illusion, seeking for the ultimate meanings of life. Dongguri’s happy face is Kwon Ki-soo’s vivid symbols and characteristic which amazes the contemporary art field, bringing delightful smiles and sunshine to himself as well as to others and representing the life philosophy of “profound simplicity”. Eddie Kang through the clear levels and structures express a light and soft lonesomeness in the crowded city. The canvas, colors, and hand-sewed dolls expend the imaginations of plane paintings, cheery and humorous, telling fabled fairytales for grown-ups.
