To commemorate 100th anniversary of a birth, Art Space Niji presents Asano Yue's solo show.  Born in 1914, Asano Yae started learning art by himself and left many works using lines. 

Line in his oil painting is engraved on precisely painting background. His 'stripe' series with pencil on canvas reflect inner appearance of the audience by white lines and it is one of his major works. Using pastel, he has left colored work like 'Blue Chess' or humorous one, such as 'egg's metaphor.'
