I have worked with local artisans who stay at the artist-in-residence in Nairobi, Kenya on March, 2011, and presented new artworks. After coming back to Japan, I was participated in residence program, which use an empty space in one elementary school in Kyoto, also I opened a craft class for children to communicate with them through arts. According to my various works, I think  'art' should be more accepted by public and utilized in a daily life.
