After “Beijing Short Cuts" Exhibition held in 2008, “Shanghai Short Cuts" in 2010, Swiss artist Barbara Piatti is back at Imagine Gallery with “Hong-Kong Short Cuts” solo show.

Luminous in colors, stunning with architectural city views and cultural influences, “Hong-Kong Short Cuts” oil paintings series on canvas carry us away, feeling Piatti’s instinct, emotion and controlled multiform mind. Barbara Piatti is a Swiss born professional artist (1964) who attended Dept. of History of Art and Philosophy at Zurich University. In 1988 Piatti moved to Paris and studied under the Irish Portrait Painter Reginald Gray. Since 1988 she lives in France.

Traveling painter, she has been inspirited through the years by her many art residencies in Berlin, Venice, The Philippines, New York and China.

Barbara Piatti has held solo exhibitions in most European capitals. She has been represented in group exhibits at UNESCO, Paris, Museum of Modern Art, Glarus and The Contemporary Art Salons in Berlin, Orleans and Geneva.
