Zhao Xiaojia was born on 1970 in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, graduated from the Second Studio of the Oil Painting Department at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of Chinese Artists' Association; board director of both Liaoning Province Artists' Association and Liaoning Province Young Artists' Association; vice-president of Jinzhou City Artists' Association and president of Jinzhou City Oil Painting Academic Society; professional painter in Liaohe River Painting Studio.
