Among image works by Qing Peng, damaged crossing points and accurate hand painting make them more absurd. The originally free, expressional and organic hand painting needs to simulate digital machines nowadays. However, such absurdity contains the reality that we create a world and believe we can control it, but in fact we are controlled by the world. Maybe this is the fate of creation. Who can get rid of it?
Beyond doubt, the artist’s helplessness and nervousness as a young man are hidden in these images created by Qing Peng. However, people who create images always have a kind of power for changing, moreover, he is so young and willing to think about these problems.
