Born in 1969, NS Harsha lives and works in Mysore, India. Harsha was the recipient of the prestigious Artes Mundi 3 Prize in 2008 and has taken part in a variety of collaborative projects and exhibitions internationally. He has had solo presentations at INIVA, London (2009), and at Maison Hermes Tokyo (2008), and has been included in various group presentations, including the 26th Sao Paulo Bienal (2010), Liverpool Biennial (2010), Indian Highway at the Serpentine Gallery (2008) travelling to Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art, Oslo (2009), Herning Art Museum, Denmark (2010) and Musée d’Art Contemporain, Lyon, France (2011), the 9th Sharjah Biennial (2008) and Valencia Institute of Modern Art, Spain (2008).
