Over the years, Chu Ka Ming explores the hidden beauties of natural scenery in Hong Kong. Carrying with him his art-making tools, he perseveres in his art despite harsh weather. Along the path of Nam Sang Wai, Chu portrays the captivating sceneries there with much sensitivity: the vast fields and wetlands, the golden reeds and the unique sampan for crossing the river. His work fuses art with conservation, and serves to call for public awareness towards protecting wetland habitat, paying tribute to the wonders of Nature.
