Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the department of Fine Arts (MFA and BA), an active member of Fotanian Art Village. Chow was a visiting Lecturer (part-time) in the School of Design, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and he is now teaching as Part-time Lecturer in the Hong Kong Art School and the Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity.
