Exhibits include the largest cupcake in town, an exquisite cupcake story table featuring Grimm’s well-known fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel”, a huge piece of pop art painting made of over 2,000 mini cupcakes and some creative cupcake-themed art displays. Specially-designed frosting cupcakes will also be available for sale in limited quantities during the exhibition.

Graduated from the renowned Chelsea College of Art & Design, University of the Arts London, with a First-Class Honours degree in Interior and Spatial Design, Sharon is a young talented cake designer who incorporates her flair for design with her passion for cake art. “Elaborately-decorated frosting cupcakes with a light buttery taste are loved by Europeans and Americans, yet are relatively rare in Hong Kong. Through this exhibition, I am looking to demonstrate the versatility of cupcake and frosting art and the high level of creativity which cupcake design allows. Frosting cupcakes are not only a form of art, but are also devilishly delightful and mouth-watering!”
