Harbour City’s Gallery by the Harbour is pleased to announce its collaboration with VERO Chocolates and will be presenting “Chocolate Art Museum by Chef Koo” within the period of 6th to 21st February 2010. Executive Pastry Chef Jeffery Koo of VERO Chocolates will be using pure chocolate to make a range of world-famous sculptures and paintings, e.g. Mona Lisa, Mannekin Pis and Guan Gong. Chef Koo will be able to attend interview sessions on 4th February and will be performing a live chocolate sculpture demonstration on 8th February  (for media only) and 13th February (for public).
