The much sought-after emerging Chinese artist Fang Hui who creates vision of ambiguous emotions that refresh our childhood's memory. His works are full of private symbolic motif, vibrating with rich and carefully balanced colour, all brought together by his own contemplattion as well as his favored motif of young, innocent school children, perhaps encouraged by his own childhood.

Artist Fang Hui was born in 1965 and graduated from provincial Art and Craft institute in Hebei. In 1987, he was a dedicated art teacher at pre-university art classes in private as well as state Art institutes in Beijing. He now lives in Songzhuang and is a prolific artist of drawing in oil painting color. He had a spiritual, quiet character and was one of the most original pioneers of the Modern Chinese contemporary movement.
