Galerie Ora-Ora and another F.C.K. are collaborating on an art exhibition “Good is the New Black”, showcasing a series of conceptual works based on the themes “style; individuality” and “childhood; childlikeness” by aspiring local artist Joe Joe Ngai at another F.C. K. store in Lee Theatre Plaza, Causeway Bay. Joe Joe graduated from Britain’s Goldsmiths College, the renowned art school that nurtured internationally established contemporary artists such as Damien Hirst, Sarah Lucas and Julian Opie. His work combines reflections on life and a passion for mass culture .  The fusion of art and fashion will surely initiate some new creative energy in the local art scene.  Join them at the opening reception at 6 :30-8:00 pm on September 10.
