Featuring artworks by 33 local and international artists, one third of generated profit of these art pieces will be donated to Art in Hospital, a registered charity in Hong Kong, to support its future programming of holistic art workshops to geriatric patients.

We all believe in Art’s inherent healing abilities and its appeal to the spiritual. The creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps patients develop interpersonal skills, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight. The process of art making could bring joy and fulfillment to not only patients, but all those who participated in this charitable act. Sin Sin has over the years been, and will continue working with various charitable organizations, not only to give back to Hong Kong, her hometown, but is also a kind of spiritual therapy for herself.

The endeavours of Art in Hospital have brought hospital art in the limelight and it is now widely recognised and in much greater demand. It is our hope to facilitate the development of hospital art in the future by sharing our experience and encouraging more people and organizations to participate. AIH is deeply grateful for the generous support of Sin Sin Fine Art which designates AIH as the beneficiary of its annual charity art fair.
