Ko Nam lost his hearing when he was 3 by illness. Although he was deaf, he was still keen on drawing. He has studied painting with several celebrated artists since he was small. In 1994 Ko has emigrated to Hong Kong. Ko loves still-life sketching so much. He has just accomplished a 6-month oil painting journey in Europe last year. He left Western communion handwriting on canvas, not only inherited the tradition of Chinese painting mountains, at the same time absorbed the essence of Western painting and folk genre painting. His artworks always reveal optimistic feelings, creating a unique style of "Ko" style.
